This 16th century house stands on a 1,200 acre farm in the most stunning location surrounded by fabulous valley and mountain views including the majestic Snowdon Horseshoe, and offers 1½ miles of free trout fishing in the owners grounds.

There is oil central heating, and 2 open fires (initial supply of logs is provided). All electricity is included in the rent, and oil for the central heating is charged based on the meter reading at the end of your stay.

Location

This self catering property is situated in a peaceful location between Capel Curig and Snowdon, in the Snowdonia National Park. There are shops and places to eat in Capel Curig (2 miles) and Betws-y-Coed (7 miles).

This is an ideal holiday base for exploring Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales. The National Mountain Centre at Plas y Brenin is just 2 miles away where many outdoor pursuits are available including an indoor climbing wall and dry slope skiing. Mountain walking is available from the doorstep. The castles of Caernarfon and Conwy, steam railways of the Snowdon Mountain Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway, plus numerous other attractions are all within easy reach.
