This cottage enjoys a peaceful setting with views across a field to the River Conwy, yet is close to the many amenities of Betws-y-Coed. It has the benefit of a children's adventure play area in the grounds of the owners property.

There is an open fire in the lounge. An initial supply of logs is provided, with more available at £3 per bag. Electricity is included in the rent, and oil for the central heating is charged based on the meter reading at the beginning and end of your stay. All rooms are at ground level, and there is level access into the rear of the property. The double bedroom has a kingsize 5' bed.

Location

This self catering property is situated in the Conwy Valley in the Snowdonia National Park overlooking the River Conwy, just 1 mile from Betws-y-Coed (or Betsy-coed as some people mis-pronounce it). In Betws-y-Coed there are many places to eat, grocery supplies, and interesting shops selling clothes, gifts, walking and climbing equipment, and much more.

This is an ideal holiday base for exploring Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales. There are numerous walks in the surrounding Gwydyr Forest, as well as mountain biking routes. Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, steam railways of the Snowdon Mountain Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway, plus numerous other attractions are all within easy reach.
