This is a perfect holiday location for walking and mountain biking with many walks from the cottage, and the Marin Mountain Bike Trail is within a mile of the property. Climbing, kayaking, fishing, riding and 2 golf courses are within easy reach of the cottage. There is a lockable shed for bikes.

This is an ideal holiday base for exploring Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales. Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, steam railways of the Snowdon Mountain Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway, plus numerous other attractions are all within easy reach.
