This 17th century cottage enjoys a wonderful woodland setting, yet is close to the many amenities of Betws-y-Coed. It has the benefit of a children's adventure play area in the grounds of the owners property.

There is a wood burner in the lounge. An initial supply of logs is provided, with more available at £3 per bag. There is a charge for electricity by a card meter.

Location

This self catering property is situated in the Conwy Valley at the edge of the Gwydyr Forest, just 1 mile from Betws-y-Coed. In Betws-y-Coed there are many places to eat, grocery supplies, and interesting shops selling clothes, gifts, walking and climbing equipment, and much more.

This is an ideal holiday base for exploring Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales. There are numerous walks in the surrounding Gwydyr Forest, as well as mountain biking routes. Conwy Castle, Bodnant Gardens, steam railways of the Snowdon Mountain Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway, plus numerous other attractions are all within easy reach.
